Why won’t a newly created custom field show?

If an additional a Salesforce CRM Content custom field is added after the initial installation you must go to settings and add the new field(s) to the Content Organizer user interface.

Settings > Custom Fields > select the field(s) and then move them from left to right in the selection area > Save changes

The fields can then be reordered and once saved the fields will be visible in the Content Organizer screen.
