If you are receiving a message that you can not approve the Status of an Event, ensure that you have at least 2 Roles setup in the organization. If you are the approver, you must be a member of the Role higher in the hierarchy. Roles can be setup by a system administrator. Let’s Plan does not use any complex approval process in the out-of-the-box setup, it only uses Roles. Anyone higher in the hierarchy can approve Events of anyone lower than their Role level.
